Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. in Sweden seeks a Manager for Auxiliary Systems to lead a team of engineers delivering auxiliary systems for HVDC projects. You will build strong teams, create structure, and enable peak performance across HVAC, Small Power and Lighting, Fire Detection, Security and Building Automation Systems.

The role focuses on developing people, improving ways of working, balancing resources, and ensuring successful project deliveries while collaborating with stakeholders globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience leading people, teams, or technical organizations.
• Experience in power systems, industrial engineering, energy, infrastructure, or related technical environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to create structure, prioritize and balance competing demands.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
