TOBLOR Consulting AB is seeking a Hardware Manager at our headquarters in Lund. You'll lead a team of 12 engineers working across mechanical and electronics development, focusing on advanced manufacturing equipment.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering and several years of experience in leading engineering teams. You'll oversee resource planning, performance management, and contribute to the broader management agenda, all while driving continuous improvement in our production capabilities.
