Micropower Sweden AB, located in Växjö, is looking for an electronics developer to design and develop innovative lithium-ion battery solutions. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and a degree in Electrical Engineering, along with skills in PCB layout and design.

Micropower is an international company headquartered in Växjö, Sweden. With strong in‑house expertise, we develop and produce efficient, intelligent lithium‑ion batteries, charging systems and power converters across Sweden, the USA, Germany, Finland, and Italy.
In this role you will design and develop electronic hardware for new and existing products, ensuring robust, reliable and cost‑efficient solutions. You will work with schematic design, PCB layout, component selection and validation, as well as testing and troubleshooting hardware‑related issues.
You will be involved throughout the entire product lifecycle – from development and release to maintenance and continuous improvement – working cross‑functionally with colleagues from software, mechanics and product management in agile teams.
You will participate in design reviews, contribute to technical decisions and collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as external suppliers and manufacturing partners. You will also ensure that designs are well documented and meet quality, performance and EMC requirements.
