About The Role

As Guest Relation Manager at World of Volvo, you will play a key role in ensuring that every guest receives a premium experience across all our contact points – from email and phone support to the info desk, conferences, meetings, and exhibitions. You will lead, coach, and develop the Guest Relation team, secure smooth daily operations, and build strong cross-functional collaborations with other departments and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent guest service and ensure a premium customer experience
  • Oversee and secure efficient daily operations of our customer experience team
  • Support the team in handling customer inquiries and resolve issues proactively
  • Manage staff planning and scheduling for both full-time and extra-hour team members
  • Manage budgets and track expenses
  • Build and nurture relationships across World of Volvo and with key partners

Requirements
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience within hospitality management
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in staff management
  • Previous experience working with collective agreements
  • Strong knowledge of team leadership and cross-functional collaboration
  • Previous experience with Timeplan is considered a strong advantage
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
