Your mission at Sitoo

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team.

We need someone who lives and breathes paid media for B2B with LinkedIn as their home turf, and strong skills across Google, Meta, and other intent-rich platforms in their back pocket. Someone who can spot a golden opportunity a mile off. And someone who knows how to make sure the right message reaches the right people at the right time.

You’ll be in the driver’s seat when it comes to scaling our paid media efforts. That means building and running targeted ABM campaigns across the Nordics, UK, and US.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be doing the doing. You’ll take regional goals and budgets and translate them into campaigns that deliver real results. You’ll help build the reporting frameworks that let us track what’s working (and what’s not) and learn fast as we go.

You’ll work closely with our digital marketing lead, creative team, sales and the rest of the commercial gang to make sure targeting, timing, and messaging all hit the mark.

What you will do

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, Capterra, and intent platforms.
  • Own and develop integrated full-funnel ABM and customer journey campaigns targeted at high-value retail accounts within our ICP.
  • Partner with Creative to produce compelling and high-performing ads, videos, and landing pages personalized to retail buyer personas.
  • Own and develop advertising-related tech, data and reporting stacks.
  • Manage budgets by region and audience segment, optimizing for SALs, opportunity acceleration, and pipeline impact.
  • Integrate and own the advertising tech stack and build audience data and reporting infrastructure across platforms like GA4, HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Ensure accurate tracking with UTM tagging, attribution models, and performance dashboards.
  • Act as a subject matter expert internally, promoting best practices in digital advertising and ABM across the organization.
What you’ll bring to the table
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in paid media for a B2B SaaS company, preferably from scale-ups with international reach.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Google Ads, CRM retargeting, ABM, intent and data-enrichment tools
  • Proven success in modern account-based go-to-market motions.
  • Expertise with LinkedIn Ads, including audience segmentation, creative testing, and retargeting.
  • Experience with video advertising (short-form) on platforms like LinkedIn or YouTube.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Experience using and activating intent data and enriched audience insights.
  • Confidence in testing and using AI to scale, personalize, and optimize paid media efforts while still leading with human creativity and strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage media budgets, forecast outcomes, and report on ROI.
  • Can execute campaigns across TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU stages with tailored messaging and offers.
  • Strong grasp of KPIs for different formats (e.g., video completion rate vs. demo conversion).


Nice to have:

  • Experience with media sponsorships (e.g., podcasts) or collaborations with industry influencers and thought leaders to boost brand awareness and credibility.
  • Previous work in retail tech or targeting enterprise retail buyers.
  • Experience with tools like Dreamdata, CommonRoom, or other RevOps/ABM platforms.
  • Knowledge of campaign localization and audience nuance across EMEA and US markets.
