Growth Enablement Manager, Intermodal Sweden

We are looking for an Growth Enablement Manager, Intermodal Sweden to join our team, combining expertise in solution design, pricing, and market development across the Nordics.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and pricing competitive inland transportation solutions (road and rail) while supporting the commercial growth of our inland business. Working closely with Sales and Product colleagues, you will respond to customer requests, tenders, and opportunities—making sure our offerings are not only cost-effective, but also value-adding and sustainable.

Your focus is to grow the Maersk Inland Business - this means creating value adding solutions for our Swedish/Nordic customers that need our help to transport their import/export containers on truck or rail. You will be responsible for creating integrated solutions and prices for the full solution, and this require a deep knowledge about the Swedish/Nordic market in general, knows the customer landscape, RAIL brokers, freight forwarders that present in the different geographical areas etc.

This is a hands-on and strategic role: you will dive into solution creation and pricing, but also actively contribute to executing our Go-to-Market approach for inland services in Sweden and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop tailored inland transportation solutions (FCL, Rail) that meet customer needs.
  • Create and refine competitive pricing strategies in line with market dynamics and customer expectations.
  • Partner with Sales to support tenders, RFPs, and new commercial opportunities.
  • Contribute to the inland growth plan by identifying new business opportunities and supporting execution of sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze market intelligence, pricing trends, and customer landscape to adjust strategies.
  • Collaborate with Growth Enablement colleagues across the Nordics to ensure aligned solutions and shared success.
  • Report on key performance indicators including volume growth, conversion ratios, and Gross Profit delivery.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience in freight forwarding, inland/rail logistics, or solution pricing.
  • Solid knowledge of inland transportation solutions, market prices, and customer landscape in Sweden/Nordics.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to design practical and cost-effective solutions.
  • Strong commercial mindset—able to balance competitive pricing with value creation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-driven and collaborative, thriving in a fast-paced, international environment.
