Job summary

Camfil Svenska AB is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function and drive growth. You will shape strategy, manage a marketing team, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support across the region.

You will oversee digital marketing, campaigns, content, CRM/ERP integrations, and the marketing tech stack to improve customer journeys and ROI. Fluency in Swedish and English is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B marketing or similar leadership roles.
• Proven ability to develop and execute integrated campaigns.
• Experience scaling e-commerce and digital marketing initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of CRM, ERP, and marketing tech stacks.
• Fluent in Swedish and English; results-driven leadership.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver overall marketing strategy, leading the team.
• Drive demand gen, lead nurturing, and pipeline growth.
• Lead digital marketing, including website, SEO/SEM, social media, and e-commerce.
• Ensure high-quality data and effective marketing tech usage.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, Operations, and EMEA.
• Align brand messaging and sustainability with Swedish market.
