We’re now looking for a Growth Account Manager (B2B). In this role, you will:

  1. Manage existing clients in our Growth segment and facilitate their growth.
  2. Nurture a smaller number of prospect accounts to win them over.
  3. Be accountable for all Eficode business in the assigned customer accounts.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will

  1. Manage existing clients in the Growth segment (typically around 15 – 25 accounts based on region) and actively farm, grow, and expand these accounts.
  2. Pursue and land qualified leads; hunt for new opportunities from internal sources such as demand generation, marketing, and partner leads.
  3. Actively pursue expansion opportunities across the full portfolio with a focus on shifting the account mix.
  4. Proactively plan and implement account strategies, including resource orchestration to grow networks/stakeholders in the accounts.
  5. Coordinate with specialists from relevant business areas to maximize footprint in accounts.
  6. Apply market knowledge of offerings and IT services to understand client needs within holistic Eficode solutions.
  7. Focus on growing market share with clients and enhancing their capabilities through collaboration with business area specialists.
  8. Work with support functions (license sales & CSM, as needed) to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  9. Collaborate with delivery consultants, service managers, and CSMs to ensure efficient delivery of Eficode solutions.

Experience

About you:

  • Minimum 5 years of similar B2B sales experience, preferably in the software industry and/or IT consulting services.
  • Experience using CRM software, preferably Salesforce, to guide your work.

Education

  • Post high school degree in sales/IT sales (desirable but not required).

Skills

  • Skilled in value-based and customer-centric selling methods.
  • Strong command of Swedish and English, as you will be working with Swedish customers and colleagues, and English is our corporate language.

Competencies

  • Strong communicator, able to uncover customer needs and devise applicable, sometimes complex, IT solutions.
  • Comfortable using digital communication tools like email, chat, and video conferencing.

Practicalities

Employment Terms

The role is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, with flexible working options. A 6-month probationary period applies.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role, requiring at least 2-3 days per week on-site at our Göteborg office.

Reporting

The role reports to the Head of Sales for Sweden.
