Job summary

RaySearch Laboratories AB (Publ) seeks a Group Manager who will also actively contribute as a developer. You will lead a team of 8–12 engineers while working on RayStation, our treatment planning system, and drive technical excellence through architecture, design, and robust delivery.

You bring a strong .NET background, 7+ years of experience, and a clear passion for people leadership, recruitment, and coaching. English fluency is essential; Swedish is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of experience developing complex products using .NET.
• Interest in people leadership and personnel responsibility.
• Previous leadership roles or informal leadership in development teams.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 8–12 developers while actively contributing to RayStation development.
• Enable team success through regular feedback, competence development and recruitment.
• Contribute to architecture and system design across backend, frontend, or full-stack.
• Collaborate in a collaborative management context with peers and the wider organization.
