A leading provider of painting tools is seeking a Group Graphic Designer to manage global visual communication and local visual ownership for Anza and Anza Pro in Sweden. The role involves producing high-quality visual assets, leading design workflows, and collaborating with brand managers. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree and have 1-2 years of experience in graphic design. Flexible working arrangements are offered, along with opportunities for travel within the Nordics and Europe.

As Group Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our brands are visually experienced – both globally and locally. You’ll be responsible for managing and executing visual communication for all brands across markets, while also holding operational ownership for Anza and Anza Pro in the Swedish market.
The role is built around two core responsibility areas: Global Visual Communication and Local Visual Ownership.
Global Visual Communication, you lead design execution and strategic coordination across markets, ensuring brand consistency and commercial impact.
Local Visual Ownership, you act as the visual lead for Anza and Anza Pro in Sweden, ensuring speed, quality, and cultural relevance in all visual output.
Your main areas of responsibility:
