Job summary

Polestar is seeking a Team Lead, Group Consolidation to join the Group Accounting team in Gothenburg. You will supervise a five-person team, drive the group closing and reporting process, and ensure high-quality consolidated financial data for Polestar Group and Nasdaq filings.

You will combine leadership with hands-on accounting expertise in a global environment, communicating clearly with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining deadlines in a hybrid work setup in Gothenburg,

Qualifications

• University degree in finance or accounting is required.
• Minimum ten years of experience in a global corporate accounting or audit environment.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and group consolidation expertise.
• Experience leading a team and coaching others in a multinational setting.
• Experience with consolidation systems, preferably AARO.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and yearly group closings and reporting.
• Provide accurate, timely consolidated financial data for Polestar Group.
• Guide internal and external financial reporting and IFRS submissions.
• Support finance projects and initiatives across the organization.
