Job summary

Foxway is seeking a Group Climate & Circularity Manager to own and drive climate and circularity work at group level. You will report to the Chief Sustainability Officer and work across strategy, product development, and commercial initiatives.

Based at the HQ in Stockholm (Solna) with in-person collaboration and travel. This hands-on specialist role focuses on carbon accounting, Product Carbon Footprint, and sustainability metrics to accelerate Foxway's circularity agenda.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in climate and circularity
• Experience with GHG Protocol, carbon accounting and CDP disclosure
• Knowledge of lifecycle assessments and Product Carbon Footprint methodologies
• Understanding of circularity principles and frameworks
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
• Master's degree in economics, sustainability, or engineering

Responsibilities

• Own and further develop our climate transition plan, science-based targets, and carbon accounting.
• Own our Product Carbon Footprint assessment, including methodology and use cases in communication, sales, and reporting.
• Develop circularity strategy, targets, metrics, activities, and reporting.
• Contribute to sustainability reporting and CSRD data gathering.
• Drive CDP disclosure and engage key stakeholders.
• Lead internal initiatives and cross-functional projects to improve climate and circularity performance.
• Represent Foxway in conferences, panels, and industry forums as a thought leader.
