Your role and responsibilities

18 months. 3 rotations. 1 journey for life. From your very first day, you are permanently employed and set on a journey of learning and discovery. Over 18 months, you’ll dive into three exciting six-month assignments of your choice – each one a chance to explore a new field, push your boundaries, and find where your passion lies.

Main Responsibilities

• You lead your own journey: Choose the rotations that inspire you most – whether it’s automation, R&D, or customer-facing roles.

• Learn from the best: Work alongside industry experts and gain mentorship from senior leaders.

• Build your network: Gain valuable insights from top managers through regular dinners and study visits and make friends for life.

• Global impact: Be part of a company driving innovation and sustainability worldwide.

Qualifications for the role

• A master’s degree in engineering, technology, or a related field. Studies must be completed before the start of the program, September 2026.

• No more than twoyears of professional experience in your field of study before the start date.

• Strong leadership potential, ambition, and curiosity to take on new challenges.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset with a passion for making a difference.

• Due to migration laws, you need to be an EU/EEScitizen or have a permanent residence permit in Sweden.
