Job summary

KPMG Management Consulting is recruiting recent or soon-to-be graduates for the LEAP program, based in Stockholm, Gothenburg or Malmö. You will join a fast-growing team, work on transformation projects, and develop through structured learning and mentorship.

The program emphasizes digital, innovative, and sustainable solutions, with exposure to senior colleagues and clients. August 2027 start or as agreed.

Qualifications

• Preferably a master’s degree in business, IT, and/or engineering.
• High-performing and talented individuals with a business mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Multilingual proficiency (fluency English is required, Swedish is an advantage).
• Analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Team-players with a genuine interest in seeing customers grow and being part of their journey.
• Excellent grades from your studies.
• Previous work experience, or other engagements and achievements showing a strong drive, high ambition, and passion, is essential.
• International experience is valued highly.

During your first years at KPMG Management Consulting, you will be a part of our learning and development program LEAP.
