A leading aerospace company in Trollhättan is seeking a motivated Global Graduate Engineer. This role includes a full-time 22-month program with placements across different areas and opportunities for real project work. Successful candidates will have a BSc/MSc in relevant fields, maximum 2 years of experience, and fluency in both English and Swedish. Applications close on February 13, 2025, with the program starting in September 2026.

During the 22-month program you will complete placements within the company where you have the opportunity to explore different areas of our business at the same time as you work on real projects, solving real problems and delivering real change. Part of your time will be devoted to graduate activities such as sessions with senior leaders/specialists, International personal development weeks, study visits, fairs, courses etc. The first 16 months are carried out in Trollhättan followed by a 6 months long international placement.
We will provide development through a formal global development program. The development program will help you progress from being an individual contributor towards leading others, preparing you for potential leadership roles in the future

Travel expectation: All applicants should have the ability to travel during the program and work abroad for 6 months.
