Firefly in Stockholm seeks a Technical Project Leader to drive delivery of our fire prevention systems worldwide. You will oversee technical execution from order through handover, coordinating with Sales, Service, Production and customers across time zones.

The role blends hands-on engineering with project coordination and customer interaction to ensure quality results. The ideal candidate has technical problem-solving skills, strong communication, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
• Experience in technical project work, system engineering, automation, or industrial installations.
• English proficiency; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate customer projects end-to-end.
• Design and configure Firefly fire prevention and protection systems.
• Prepare technical documentation, drawings, system configurations and project documentation.
• Serve as technical liaison between Firefly, customers, contractors and distributors.
• Support installation, commissioning and start-up of systems as needed.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and assist customers through project phases.
• Develop and improve internal processes, engineering documents, and tools.
• Support introduction of new projects and technologies; build engineering knowledge base.
