Job summary

Sandvik seeks a Recruitment Specialist to strengthen our talent attraction and employer branding across the Mining business area. You will partner with divisions, sales, HR, and recruiters to deliver a consistent candidate experience and drive global initiatives.

Qualifications

Stockholm is the preferred location, although flexibility is offered for the right candidate.Your profileYou bring a solid foundation within people, communication, or business-related fields and have gained experience working with talent attraction in a global or cross-functional context. You understand how employer branding, candidate experience, and recruitment processes come together to create impact, and you’re motivated by improving and scaling how work gets done.Your background includesA bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, marketing, communication, or a related field.Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, candidate experience, and talent markets.Familiarity with recruitment platforms, data analytics, or continuous improvement initiatives.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Excellent communication skills in EnglishProject management capabilities.Success in this position comes from building relationships, collaborating across cultures, and connecting people around shared goals.
