Valmet, based in Karlstad, Sweden, seeks a Project Engineer for Spare Parts Packages to drive end-to-end execution from quotation to delivery. You’ll oversee project financials and contribute to global process improvements that raise efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with Sales, Engineering, Project Management, Sourcing, and Supply Chain across international teams to standardize digitalized workflows and deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment in an international, multicultural setting.
• Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience with ERP systems, digital tools, or process automation is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Lean or operational excellence practices is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Manage Spare Parts Packages from quotation through delivery, ensuring on-schedule execution and target achievement.
• Own project financials including turnover, profitability and overall performance for assigned packages.
• Lead development and standardization of the global Spare Parts Package process across the organization.
• Identify and translate process improvements into practical, measurable solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Project Management, Sourcing, and Supply Chain to improve information flow and drive operational excellence.
