Job summary

Volvo Group, through Global Service Training in Service Market Technology, Global Bus Technology, seeks a Training Lead to secure workshops in Volvo bus retail markets have required trainings for product knowledge. You will develop trainings, train market trainers, collaborate with engineering networks and project teams.

Fluent in English, degree in engineering, and strong presentation and pedagogical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering (mechatronics, mechanical, electrical) or equivalent.
• Excellent presentation, training, communication and pedagogical skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English (as all trainings will be in English).
• Should be able to train/teach from a technician perspective.

Responsibilities

• Develop trainings in accordance with projects and market needs.
• Train the Trainer: train market trainers on how to conduct the training and teach workshop technicians.
