Job summary

NKT, a leader in high-voltage power cable technology, seeks a Senior Project Planner to drive integrated project schedules and reporting across international markets. You will collaborate with project managers, clients, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery from tender through completion.

The role requires advanced Primavera P6 skills, experience with Power BI, and strong English communication. Travel to client sites and project locations will be necessary.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in project planning within large and complex project environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6.
• Experience with project reporting and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and team activities.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining integrated project schedules throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitoring project performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and recommending mitigation actions.
• Coordinating schedules across subcontractors, suppliers, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Preparing project reports, dashboards, milestone analyses, S-curves, and executive summaries.
• Acting as the primary planning interface towards clients on schedule, progress, and reporting matters.
• Supporting time-related analysis, delay assessments, and claims management activities when required.
