Job summary

Market Partner is seeking a Program Manager, Subscriptions Delivery to drive end-to-end execution across the Subscriptions portfolio. You will work with Product, Engineering, Design, Insights and Business teams to turn strategic priorities into measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of experience in program management, project management or similar delivery-focused role.
• Successfully led complex programs from planning through execution in product or technology-driven environments.
• Strong experience with prioritization, risk management, dependency management and capacity planning.
• Comfortable working closely with Product Managers, Engineers and other technical stakeholders.
• Proactive communicator with strong problem-solving skills and focus on execution.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of strategic programs across the Subscriptions portfolio.
• Lead planning, prioritization, capacity planning and execution of multiple initiatives.
• Identify, manage and mitigate risks, dependencies and delivery challenges.
• Align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Insights and Business/GTM teams.
• Create clear structures, processes and accountability to support successful execution.
• Proactively communicate progress, risks and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Drive collaboration across globally distributed teams and multiple time zones.
• Ensure strategic priorities translate into measurable outcomes that support customer value, retention and growth.
