Sitoo is seeking a proactive Technical Support Specialist to join our Customer Care team. You will assist Nordic and global retailers, guiding them through the Sitoo Unified Commerce Platform and POS solutions.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and contribute to a growing knowledge base. You'll work with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents, maintain high customer satisfaction, and uphold our values.

Formación

• 1–3 years in customer service, support, or a similar role.
• Fluent Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• Genuine interest in technical problems and learning how systems work.
• Basic troubleshooting for mobile apps (iOS/Android) and everyday software issues.
• Service-minded and able to explain steps clearly.
• Well-structured and organized, able to manage a ticket queue.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for Nordic and global customers via phone, email, and chat (Swedish and English).
• Work a flexible schedule that includes day, evening, and occasional weekend shifts.
• Provide expert troubleshooting for POS software (iOS/Android) and hardware.
• Manage the full ticket lifecycle with accurate documentation and aim for first-call resolution.
• Collaborate with Second Line, Product, and Dev teams to resolve complex incidents.
• Enhance our knowledge base by creating and updating support articles and internal guides.
• Champion Sitoo values and act as a solution-oriented partner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
