Elekta in Sweden is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to develop high-quality sales enablement tools, campaigns, and clinical marketing materials for the Neuro portfolio. The role focuses on downstream regional support and packaging materials for effective regional use while guiding content deployment and collaboration with Leksell Gamma Knife Society.

You will combine strategic thinking with a data-driven, hands-on approach, helping translate positioning into compelling messages and assets,

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a marketing role.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Swedish and other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and support clinical, operational and financial proof points for the Neuro portfolio with regional teams.
• Translate positioning and value propositions into compelling narratives and assets for promotional activities.
• Analyze market data and suggest actions based on insights.
• Develop content for the Neuro portfolio, including presentations, brochures, videos and social media assets.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to strengthen portfolio messaging.
• Support regional teams with training and communications materials.
• Create tailored materials for key audiences including neurosurgeons and radiotherapy professionals.

This role contributes actively to the creation and execution of the marketing plan, with a strong focus on downstream activities that support regional teams. The position helps package materials for effective regional use, provides guidance on content deployment, and contributes to collaboration with Leksell Gamma Knife Society. This role should combine a strategic mindset with a can-do personality and be strong with data analytics. For tradeshows and events you will also help with messaging and strategic focus.

Your Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and support the execution of clinical, operational and financial proof points for the Neuro portfolio in close collaboration with Product Management and Regional Marketing.
• Translate positioning and value propositions into compelling communication narratives, product messaging, and clinical marketing assets that support promotional activities and sales enablement.
• Analyze and present market data and be able to suggest actions based on that.
• Develop content for the Neuro portfolio, including presentations, brochures, videos and social media assets.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and key industry drivers to strengthen portfolio positioning and messaging.
• Support regional sales and marketing teams with training and communication materials to ensure strong understanding of the BL Neuro portfolio and its value proposition.
• Create tailored materials for key target audiences, including neurosurgeons, radiation oncologists, and medical physicists.

What You Bring

• University degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in a marketing role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Swedish and additional languages are considered an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Express or similar content creation tools.
• Familiarity with paid media platforms, digital marketing channels and campaign management.
• Experience working in a B2B marketing environment, ideally within a complex, cross-functional organization.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data and insights to measure performance, optimize campaigns, and support decision-making.
• Comfortable using AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and ways of working.
• A creative mindset combined with a hands-on, execution-oriented, and data-driven approach.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across teams and functions.
