Job summary

Lyten, a leader in graphene materials, is seeking a Payroll Specialist to oversee end-to-end payroll, ensure accuracy and compliance across the organization, and manage time and attendance for blue- and white-collar workers.

You will drive payroll system implementations, align processes with Swedish laws and CBAs, collaborate with HR, Finance and external providers, and safeguard confidential data while continuously improving efficiency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on payroll experience.
• Extensive experience with Swedish payroll legislation, CBAs, and tax regulations.
• Experience leading payroll system implementations and migrations.
• Native Swedish speaking with professional English skills.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time.
• Lead payroll system implementations, migrations and transformations.
• Ensure compliance with Swedish payroll legislation, CBAs, tax and social security.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendors.
