Job summary

ABB Robotics is seeking a Transformation Project Manager to lead end-to-end payroll and employee lifecycle transformations across multiple countries. You will partner with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and external vendors to design and implement future-ready processes in a dynamic, international setting.

The role requires strong project leadership, English and Swedish fluency, and experience with Workday payroll integrations within multinationals.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Swedish.
• Experience leading payroll or HR transformation projects.
• Experience across Nordic countries.
• Strong stakeholder management and change management skills.
• Proven project management experience in multinational organizations.
• Experience with Workday payroll integrations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll and employee lifecycle transformation projects across multiple countries.
• Drive local country discovery activities to define future-state solutions.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful implementation and integration.
• Facilitate workshops, gathering business requirements, and supporting solution design.
• Oversee testing activities, payroll validations, and go-live readiness.
• Support change management, training, and transition into operational support.
• Ensuring compliance with local legislation, payroll regulations, and company policies.
• Providing regular project updates and recommendations to senior leadership and program stakeholders.
