Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
• Extensive experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations, including outsourcing and CMO management.
• Solid understanding of GMP‑regulated manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones for technology transfer and manufacturing readiness.
• Drive day‑to‑day collaboration with CMOs and ensure performance targets are achieved.
• Lead operational meetings and identify risks and issues proactively.
