Job summary

AlixLabs, based in Lund, is seeking a Lab & Field Operations Manager to ensure that laboratory equipment operates reliably and to support future customer deployments worldwide.

You will establish maintenance routines, collaborate with process engineers, suppliers and manufacturing partners, and lead preventive maintenance while expanding toward installation, service and customer support as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Experience with laboratory or cleanroom environments and process equipment.
• Experience coordinating projects and leading technical activities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for operation, maintenance and long-term reliability of laboratory equipment.
• Establish preventive maintenance routines, documentation and operational processes.
• Collaborate with process engineers, suppliers and manufacturing partners.
• Support future customer installations and commissioning activities worldwide.
• Establish the foundation for AlixLabs' future service and support capabilities.
