Are you ready to lead transformational change in mining operations? We are looking for a Global Key Customer Manager to play a pivotal role in driving the operational excellence vision of selected Epiroc key customers operations.

If you're ready to make a meaningful impact in mining operations, this opportunity could be your next step.

Your mission

Your mission in this role is to work as a strategic accelerator and facilitator. You will bridge the gap between Epiroc`s strategic customers and mine sites, Epiroc factories, Customer Centres and technology teams, empowering them to reduce human exposure and reach new levels of efficiency and operational excellence based on global best practice.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with our customers to communicate the company’s vision and share best practices. You’ll map current equipment, methods, and performance to identify potential improvements, allowing you to guide thoughtful discussions about current practices and opportunities for growth. You’ll develop and drive implementation roadmaps that bring the vision operational improvements to life. You have the ability to look beyond today's practices and seek alignment to work as partners towards a common vision.

Additionally, you will be also responsible for building up confidence and experience out in our Customer Centers.

Your profile

You bring a solid technical background with a degree preferably in mining engineering. You have over 10 years of industry experience in mining from different roles with a broad rather than deep experience. Your expertise in mine operations enables you to refine procedures and promote best practices. You understand that the human aspect of change management and technology implementation is the most important factor.

You offer:

  • A humble attitude and ability to partner with people on various levels in organisations.
  • Strong knowledge of building and managing target driven multicultural teams.
  • Experience in change management and ability to challenge status quo.
  • Experience reviewing and improving standard operating procedures.
  • Ability to build business cases and financial justifications for strategic decisions.
  • Transparency where improvement progress is measured and visible.

As a person, you thrive in international environments, communicate effectively across all levels, and foster collaboration with a customer-focused mindset. You are fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.

With up to 80-100 travel days required, your adaptability and positive outlook help you thrive in diverse environments.

Location

This position can be in Örebro or Stockholm, Sweden. Other locations with proximity to Epiroc offices could also be discussed.
