Job summary

Aonic is seeking an IT/Security Lead to own and elevate the group’s global IT infrastructure and cybersecurity posture. In a distributed company, you will balance hands-on execution with strategic leadership, ensuring our internal systems are robust, scalable, and secure for teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• A few years of experience in IT administration and infrastructure with a strong focus on cybersecurity/information security.
• Experience navigating enterprise cloud environments (Azure/M365, AWS, SaaS) and MDM tools such as Intune/Jamf.
• Ability to translate complex security risks into actionable guidance for stakeholders and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain a corporate cybersecurity strategy across a distributed workforce.
• Lead IT operations for cloud-based infrastructure and core SaaS tools (e.g., Microsoft 365/Azure AD, Google Workspace).
• Act as primary incident response contact, conduct security audits and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR) and establish practical security policies.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding lifecycle, hardware provisioning, access controls and software licensing.
• Promote security awareness across the organization.
