Job summary

BROCC is expanding its finance team in Stockholm, Sweden, seeking a Financial Controller to drive high-quality financial reporting for the group’s international subsidiaries. You will work closely with Group Finance, the Consolidation & Reporting Specialist, and the Head of Accounting to ensure timely, accurate data and robust processes in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

Few years' experience in senior accounting or financial controlling roles in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in international groups or subsidiaries is beneficial.
Strong ability to develop processes and work with ERP and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

Ensure the quality of accounting and reporting data from all companies within the group.
Coordinate and follow up with subsidiaries at every month-end close.
Analyse and follow up on the parent company at month-end close.
Contribute to the development of ERP and reporting systems.
Take part in month-end closing and support group reporting.
Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes.
Participate in integration projects and establish common ways of working.
Act as a key point of contact for the business on financial matters.
Contribute to developing reporting, structure, and governance within Finance.
Drive the establishment of internal control processes within Finance.
