• Ability to navigate international and intercultural settings and build networks.

Responsabilités

• Lead communication planning and execution for Group HR and Group HR R&D initiatives from editorial planning to content deployment.
• Support People & Culture leadership with strategic communication advice and activities.
• Build and coordinate an international network of HR communicators across TRATON brands and locations.
• Ensure consistent, employee-focused communication across functions, countries and stakeholders.
• Drive communication activities that support TRATON's transformation and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with communicators and stakeholders across Sweden, Germany, the US, Brazil and other TRATON locations.
• Travel occasionally within the TRATON network to strengthen collaboration and relationships.
