Job summary

Ericsson in Stockholm is seeking a Head of Data & AI Platform Services to lead a global organization responsible for end-to-end data platforms and AI foundations that accelerate data-driven engineering and AI adoption.

You will report to the NES Leadership Team and collaborate with senior leaders across R&D to establish scalable data capabilities that unlock business value and drive governance, security and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in data, AI and platform engineering within R&D environments.
• Strong understanding of data platforms, governance, analytics and AI technologies.
• Proven track record in driving digital transformation and AI adoption in large international organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategy for Data & AI Platform Services.
• Lead evolution of data platforms, marketplaces, and AI foundation capabilities.
• Drive data enablement and AI adoption with trusted, reusable data products.
• Establish and govern data foundations, architectures, ingestion and storage
• Ensure secure, compliant management of enterprise data assets.
• Lead AI scaling foundations to accelerate AI-enabled engineering and business transformation.
• Drive governance, catalog, quality and compliance across the R&D ecosystem.
• Collaborate with engineering, business and partners to optimize investments.
