Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Head of Data & AI Platform Services to lead a global organization accountable for BNEW R&D data platforms, AI foundations, and data enablement ecosystems. You will drive governance, reuse, and value realization of data and AI across the R&D landscape.

You will report to the NES Leadership Team and collaborate with senior leaders to scale data capabilities, enable innovation, and deliver business value across international units.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience from data, AI, analytics, platform engineering, and R&D.
• Strong understanding of data platforms, data products, governance, analytics and large-scale ecosystems.
• Proven experience driving digital transformation, data modernization and AI adoption in international R&D.
• Deep knowledge of data architecture, management, security, compliance and scalable operations.
• Experience establishing and scaling data marketplaces and self-service data capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategy for Data & AI Platform Services.
• Lead evolution of data platform, data marketplace and AI foundations.
• Drive data enablement, democratization and AI adoption through trusted data products.
• Establish and govern data foundations, architectures, ingestion and storage.
• Ensure secure, compliant and cost-efficient management of enterprise data assets.
• Lead AI scaling foundations to accelerate engineering and transformation.
• Drive data governance, lineage, catalog, quality and compliance.
• Strengthen collaboration across engineering, business and partners.
• Monitor and optimize platform capacity, performance and costs; secure investments.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer focus.
