Mips is seeking a Digital Lead to own and unify the digital strategy for Mips and Koroyd, bridging B2B branding with B2C influence. You will lead a small team and manage agencies, platforms and technology partners to deliver measurable impact.

You will report to the Head of Marketing and drive a global, high-performance digital operating model with a strong emphasis on AI-driven optimization and governance across channels.

• Experience delivering digital transformation.
• Commercially credible with executives, agencies and vendors.

• Set the digital strategy and roadmap for Mips and Koroyd.
