Mips Group is seeking a General Counsel to lead the legal function across the group. You will advise the Board and executive team, handle commercial agreements, IP and product claims, and oversee governance and regulatory compliance in a fast-moving, international environment.

The role reports to senior leadership from our Stockholm headquarters, with on-site collaboration across teams and external counsel as needed.

Qualifications

• Extensive commercial legal work experience.
• Experience advising senior decision-makers.
• Background in governance and regulatory matters.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for legal matters across Mips Group.
• Advise the Board, CEO, CFO and Executive Team on legal issues.
• Support commercial and licensing agreements, IP matters and claims.
• Lead corporate governance, AGM processes and incentive design.
• Manage external counsel and translate legal advice into practical guidance.
