Job summary

OX2 is building a Global Project Datahub to connect all data sources and serve as the single source of truth. As Head of Data & Analytics, you will own the product end to end, drive a data culture, and lead a small core team to deliver a governed analytics platform across markets and product lines.

You will set roadmaps, define data definitions, and work with senior management to ensure data is trusted and actionable.

Qualifications

• Experience defining data strategy and governance in a multi-country organization.
• Proven track record owning data/BI products end to end from vision to adoption.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Global Project Datahub roadmap and milestones.
• Develop and maintain the data definitions catalogue across markets and tools.
• Drive data quality culture with clear RACI and actionable reporting at the source.
• Lead change management, stakeholder training, and executive engagement on data initiatives.
• Manage and grow the core Datahub team and coordinate with Digital/data engineering functions.
