Job summary

OX2 is a renewable energy company seeking an OT Security Lead to own cybersecurity across IT and OT environments with a focus on OT. You will set security requirements, work with plant engineers and IT teams, and translate security needs into practical controls across wind, solar and energy storage assets.

You will collaborate with suppliers and external partners, manage risk-based decisions, and help shape security across an international portfolio of assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of several years in OT/ICS security across multiple sites.
• Experience with IEC 62443, zones/conduits, least privilege and security by design.
• Ability to communicate risks to management and work with engineers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Own CSMS pipeline across wind, solar and energy storage assets.
• Define security architecture across OT and IT, including SCADA and cloud environments.
• Apply IEC 62443 and security principles like zones and conduits, least privilege.
• Establish cybersecurity requirements for suppliers and external partners.
• Assess cybersecurity risks in vendor selection and acquisitions, cyber due diligence.
• Govern MSSP and incident response providers, security delivery.
• Translate NIS2 and relevant legislation into practical security measures.
• Collaborate across OX2's international business.
