Job summary

CSC is expanding its Global Subsidiary Management team in Sweden. You will manage your own client portfolio of foreign groups with Swedish operations, coordinating formal corporate actions and delivering high-quality legal support across borders.

You will handle annual compliance events, minutes, and corporate filings, while collaborating with global colleagues. The role requires independence, problem-solving, organization, and a client-service mindset in a fast-paced international setting.

Qualifications

• Fluent Swedish and English communication skills.
• A degree or proven education in Swedish corporate law (preferred).
• Paralegal experience in corporate/government/private firms is a plus.
• Experience with cross-border corporate compliance or transactions is highly valued.
• Prior B2B customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new systems and work in a fast-paced, global team.
• Demonstrates teamwork, initiative, and project-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file annual compliance filings to keep entities in good standing.
• Provide corporate support for filings, incorporations, amendments, mergers, and related tasks.
• Manage client portfolios and nurture relationships with internal and external customers.
• Organize workflows to meet customer timeframes and demands.
• Data entry of client information and electronic filing.
• Research and analysis of legal documents.
• Suggest process improvements where applicable.
• Maintain corporate minute books and compliance calendars in CSC systems.
• Oversee daily deliverables for client projects.
