Job summary

Massive Dynamic Sweden AB is seeking a motivated student for a paid, part-time (20%) Communications & Dissemination Assistant in Stockholm. You will support EU-funded projects and help create content for websites, newsletters and social channels, while coordinating with international partners and contributing to dissemination reporting.

The role requires strong English and Swedish writing skills, familiarity with Canva/LinkedIn/WordPress, and a proactive, organized approach.

Qualifications

• A student based in Stockholm studying communication, media, marketing or related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Swedish.
• Familiarity with Canva, LinkedIn, WordPress or similar tools.
• Proactive, creative and organised with interest in international projects.
• Experience designing visual marketing assets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Creating content for websites, LinkedIn, newsletters, and other communication channels
• Designing promotional materials and supporting communication campaigns
• Supporting project events, webinars, and stakeholder engagement
• Coordinating with international partners and contributing to dissemination reporting
• Reaching out to external stakeholders for dissemination and communication
