Westermo Network Technologies AB is seeking a Global Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead their cybersecurity operations. This role involves defining and governing the information security agenda across the global organization. Key responsibilities include advising on cyber risks, governing the Information Security Management System, and ensuring compliance with various cybersecurity standards. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in IT/OT security and excellent communication skills. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Västerås, Sweden.
Qualifications
Familiar with ISO 27001 and NIS2 standards.
Proficient in IT and OT security for industrial environments.
Experience in Information Security governance and incident response.
Responsibilities
Advise on cyber risk assessment and prioritization.
Govern the Information Security Management System per ISO 27001.
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations.
Provide insight on supply chain cybersecurity risks.
Educate and train the organization on cybersecurity.
