Job summary

Westermo is seeking a Global Chief Information Security Officer to define, lead, and govern the information security agenda across its global organisation. This strategic role combines governance, risk management, and operational resilience to ensure trusted products and resilient operations.

You will work with IT, R&D, Manufacturing, Operations & Quality to embed security into decisions, train staff, conduct risk assessments, and pass audits.

Qualifications

• Experience in Information Security leadership with cross-functional impact.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 and NIS2.
• Proven governance, risk management, and incident response.
• Ability to train and raise security awareness.
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise on cyber risk prioritization across Westermo.
• Govern ISMS per ISO 27001, incl. audits and scope expansion.
• Support compliance with regulations and standards (ISO 27001, IEC 62443, NIS2).
• Oversee third-party and supply-chain cyber risks.
• Create awareness and train staff.
• Report to executive management on posture, incidents, and initiatives.
