Job summary

Westermo, a leading provider of Industrial Data Communications equipment, is hiring a Global Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) based in Västerås, Sweden. The Global CISO will define and lead the cyber security agenda across the organization, ensuring compliance with regulations like ISO 27001 and NIS2. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in both IT and OT security, excellent communication skills, and experience in governance, risk management, and incident response. Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of both IT security and OT/ICS security in industrial environments.
• Proven experience with Information Security governance, risk management, and incident response.
• Great communication skills, being able to teach and train others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Information Security related issues at Westermo.
• Advise on identification, assessment, and prioritization of cyber risks.
• Provide governance for the Information Security Management System (ISMS).
• Ensure compliance with applicable cyber security regulations and standards.
