Overall Objective of this Role

The primary goal of the Global Business Development & Marketing Manager is to develop growth strategies in collaboration with the Head of Regions, focusing on customer value, and to execute these strategies effectively in local markets. This involves activities across physical channels (visits, calls, distribution, conferences, etc.) and digital channels (social media, websites, digital events, etc.) to expand our customer base at minimal cost. This leadership role aims to transform sales into profitable and sustainable growth through value-selling.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Define strategic focus and develop effective Go-to-Market plans, including marketing and sales goals, customer targeting, and activity execution.
  2. Collaborate with the Global Product Manager to increase sales and distribution knowledge, value propositions, and technical expertise.
  3. Ensure local markets position products and services correctly against competitors to justify premium pricing.
  4. Accelerate demand in local markets by raising awareness and interest through digital and physical channels, generating leads.
  5. Prepare and launch new products and services in collaboration with Sales and the Global Product Manager.
  6. Develop new business and payment models to facilitate customer purchases, disrupt competitors, and drive profitable growth.
  7. Monitor marketing and sales activities using performance metrics to gain customer insights and measure business success.
