Job summary

Hitachi Energy in Sweden seeks a Senior Manager, Software Development to lead the Network Control ADMS solution development. You will direct global software teams, oversee the full SDLC, ensure delivery on scope, schedule and budget, and coordinate with PMO, Product Management, engineering, testing, and security to meet quality goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in power system engineering or computer science with power system background
10+ years of ADMS related work experience or equivalent
Exposure to SCADA, EMS, GMS, Power System Applications
Ability to lead global software development multicultural teams across time zones

Responsibilities

Lead multi-disciplinary global development teams in planning, development, management and delivery of releases
Ensure AI-based SDLC adherence and governance across projects
Direct and oversee technical design and architecture for Network Control solutions
Support project management including prioritization, planning and stakeholder tracking
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments to on-time delivery
