Job summary

AWS Specialist Solutions Architects (SSAs) help customers design scalable, resilient cloud architectures and guide GenAI/ML initiatives across diverse industries. In this role you will be the trusted advisor on security, cost, performance, and operational excellence, shaping architectures and roadmaps with customers through the engagement lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 7+ years design/implementation/consulting experience of distributed applications.
• 5+ years management of technical, customer facing resources.
• 5+ years of experience with AI/ML or related technology domain.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with building ML/data pipelines, data engineering, or similar technologies.
• 3+ years of machine learning/statistical modeling data analysis tools and techniques, and parameters that affect their performance experience.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable cloud architectures and serve as trusted advisor to customers.
• Recommend security, cost, performance, reliability, and operational efficiency improvements.
• Act as voice of the customer to influence AWS GenAI/ML feature roadmaps.
• Create and share best practices, whitepapers, blogs, and workshops.
