Job summary

Nordnet Bank AB in Stockholm seeks a Data Scientist / ML Engineer to build and maintain production AI pipelines from experimentation to deployment. You’ll collaborate with engineers across the development cycle, focusing on architecture, evaluation, and governance of AI solutions.

The role requires strong Python and SQL skills, experience with GenAI/LLMs, and comfort working in cloud environments (GCP a plus). 3+ years in data science/AI roles preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with LLMs, GenAI and agentic AI
• Proficient in Python for exploration and production code
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and pipelines
• Knowledge of ML/AI evaluation, metrics and best practices
• Experience with ML/AI in cloud environments (GCP a plus)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain production AI pipelines from experimentation through deployment and monitoring
• Collaborate with engineers across the development cycle on architecture and implementation
• Drive quality through evaluation, metrics, and testing of AI solutions
• Champion AI governance and ensure compliance with the bank's regulatory framework
