Job summary

QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey, is seeking a hands‑on software engineer to develop and scale cutting‑edge digital products across industries. You’ll work with a global team of technologists and designers to deliver end‑to‑end software solutions and mentor client teams in engineering best practices.

You will collaborate across frontend, backend, and cloud platforms, applying agile methods to ship reliable software while growing technically and as a leader in a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building full‑stack applications with readable, testable code.
• Experience collaborating with developers and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Hands‑on across frontend, backend, and databases.
• Experience with LLM frameworks, prompt orchestration, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), including Docker and CI/CD.
• Strong focus on automated testing, logging, monitoring and reliability.
• Experience in Agile teams and sprint ceremonies.
• Excellent time management in autonomous environments.
• Strong communication skills in English and local language.
