Keystone Education Group operates with a globally distributed team and is seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer to join a cross-functional squad. You will contribute to product evolution, participate in code reviews, and help drive scalable solutions.

A strong focus on collaboration and continuous learning is essential. The role emphasizes writing high-quality code, evaluating new technologies, and sharing knowledge across the team to raise our engineering bar.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack developer.
• Strong hands-on experience with React / Next.js.
• Comfort with REST APIs, GraphQL, and modern test frameworks.
• Comfortable with AI coding tools and the judgment to review their output critically.
• A positive, can-do attitude and collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to share knowledge and dive into unfamiliar technical territories.
• Genuine passion for building great products.
• Nice to have: .NET Framework/.NET Core, Entity Framework and AWS serverless experience.

Responsibilities

• Join one of our development squads to evolve our products.
• Support colleagues through code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.
• Evaluate new technologies to keep us efficient and scalable.
