Proposales in Stockholm is seeking a skilled Full-Stack Engineer to join our Product team. You will contribute across the stack from ideation to deployment, helping hotels move from inquiry to booking and expanding into AI-powered operations.

We value ownership, collaboration, and a quality-first mindset, with a strong emphasis on modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks and serverless infrastructure. This role is 100% on-site in Stockholm.

At Proposales, we’re transforming how hotels sell and manage Groups, Meetings & Events. We’re building a modern product platform for an industry that still relies heavily on legacy systems and manual processes, helping hotels move from inquiry to booking and delivery through beautifully designed software, automation and AI.

We’re now taking the next step, expanding Proposales beyond proposals into booking, workflows and AI powered operations and we are looking for a talented Full-Stack Engineer to join our Product team. You'll contribute across the stack and play a key role in everything from ideation to deployment. This role is 100% on-site in Stockholm.

What we believe in:

We're serverless first, hosted on Vercel with a monorepo built using Next.js and TypeScript. We prioritize long term maintainability over short term speed while also keeping things simple and test driven. Functional programming over OOP. Minimal abstractions. No ORMs. Modular code with shared logic and UI in internal libraries. We use AI where it clearly helps, in product and in internal tooling, and we care about reliability, safe handling of data, and keeping automation and human judgment in the right balance.

• You believe in code quality through code reviews, pair programming, and test-driven development as your default, not an afterthought
• Willingness to learn new technologies and move between different tech stacks, including AI and LLM based product development
• You value collaboration and clarity over rigid processes
• You're curious, adaptable, and genuinely energized by figuring things out
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• You live in Stockholm and thrive in an office first team culture

Our process:

• First stage: An intro interview. We want to get to know you, and you get a feel for our culture and what Proposales is about.
• Second stage: A meeting with one of our lead engineers to go deeper into your technical skills.
• Third stage: A take home assignment.
• Fourth stage: You'll come in to meet some of your future colleagues for a case presentation, walking us through your solution.
