Job summary

Proposales in Stockholm is seeking a Product Engineer to own AI-powered features for our hotel-focused platform. You'll work at the intersection of product, design and engineering, shipping polished experiences used by hotels worldwide.

You'll have real ownership, ship quickly and help shape what we build and how we build it. This role is based on-site in our Stockholm office.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Strong ownership and ability to ship end-to-end features.
• Experience building AI-powered products or integrations is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast, founder-like environment in Stockholm.

Be part of shaping what gets built, from idea to launch, at the intersection of AI and B2B SaaS.

At Proposales, we’re transforming how hotels sell and manage Groups, Meetings & Events. We’re building a modern product platform for an industry that still relies heavily on legacy systems and manual processes, helping hotels move from inquiry to booking and delivery through beautifully designed software, automation and AI.

We’re now taking the next step, expanding Proposales beyond proposals into booking, workflows and AI powered operations. As a Product Engineer, you’ll work at the intersection of product, design and engineering, turning ambitious ideas into simple, polished experiences used by hotels around the world. You’ll have real ownership, ship quickly and help shape both what we build and how we build it. This role is based in our Stockholm office, fully on-site.

Your mission:

• Take product initiatives from idea to shipped: scope, build, iterate, launch


• Use AI agents as a genuine force multiplier, not just for boilerplate, but for real product development


• Translate business problems into product decisions without needing someone to bridge the gap for you


• Work closely with leadership and the product team to identify what actually matters to build next


• Keep quality high; know when to trust what an agent produces and when to push back on it

Our process:

• First stage: An intro interview. We want to get to know you, and you get a feel for our culture and what Proposales is about.


• Second stage: A meeting with one of our lead engineers to go deeper into your technical skills.


• Third stage: A take home assignment.


• Fourth stage: You'll come in to meet some of your future colleagues for a case presentation, walking us through your solution.
